Single-bet cart for affiliate mode

Returns live odds across operators for a single event betting market position, overlaid with the calling client's best affiliate offer per operator. Powers the widget's "Bet Now" cart for a single selection. Results are scoped to the authenticated client; operators can be gated with operator_ids / operator_keys.

subnational_region_code

ISO 3166-2 subnational region code (used for offer/deeplink resolution).

Optional list of operator IDs to gate which operators appear in the cart.

Optional operator external keys (e.g. 'draftkings'). Resolved IDs are merged with operator_ids.

When true, offer metadata is returned without the deep-link URLs.

When true, swaps default team/player/league photos for cartoon variants.
